I'm so glad you shared this with us. The video is awesome. Your wedding looks beautiful and the reception looks like it was tons of fun. You looked so pretty and so happy!

I'm hoping that you had a good time in the ER last night??? I wish I had some good advice for you but the only thing that I can remember when I started is that it hit me all at once...I suddenly realized it, prioritize, I know they preach it in nursing school but really take care of the sickest patient first, the others will wait and if they can't, ask for help. Soak it all in while you can, ask questions, if someone is uncomfortable with the questions they don't know either... Let me know how it goes and what you see. Oh one more thing a good assessment on a patient is VERY important!
