Lately I've been feeling really, really overwhelmed. School is so busy and I really feel as though I don't have time for else. Even when I am in the middle of a project, or studying, I can't stop thinking about all the other things I need to do. It's just frustrating. I really think that things will really start to slow down once I'm done with clinical rotation...or, at least that's what I'm telling myself. Yesterday I had a *mild* OCD fit and wrote down everything I have due in the upcoming weeks and then, broke it all down into day-to-day to do lists....I hope it helps. I'm still wondering how it's all going to get done. Anyone with time budgeting tips?
In other news...It's suppose to snow tomorrow and I'm soooo hoping/praying for a blizzard - lol!

Here's a tip. Chin up, take a deep breath and get to it! You'll be fine! We are all there from time to time - just know that you can do it!!! Also know that worrying about it wastes your valuable time and inhibits your thoughts that you need to get it all done! BEST OF LUCK!!! Now go get em!
I honostly don't know how I made it through school. I worked full time, and was married too, so I know it's tough. I just wrote everything down, did homework on lunch breaks. Making day to day lists is a good idea. If I don't write something down, I'll forget! It's sooooooooo worth the stress when you walk across that stage!! You can do it girl! :)
I'm not comparing myself to all you've got going on, but I tend to see the great big picture too and have tried to learn to just take one day at a time. Some weeks have been so busy, like when my kids were home and were involved in different things. I'd have a list of Mon. Tues. etc. with everything written down. I'd forget something for sure if I didn't. Sometimes certain things just didn't get done exactly like I wanted them done, but I always caught up.
I wish you luck and can't wait to read what others will say.
I understand how you feel and have days like that too. Just take one thing at a time, and know that if something is not accomplished today, there is always tomorrow.
We've all been there at one point or another, and its no fun! Just take some deep breaths, make sure you get enough rest, and remember that you are soooo close to being done!! It will all pay off in the end!
You're going to rock this semester and be a fabulous nurse!!
I get OCD fits sometimes too. I think it's normal. Or maybe I'm just weird, like you lol
I always make super to do lists when I am stressed, it helps me look at the overall big picture. Work on things that you can get done quickly, which will motivate you as time goes on. Tomorrow will be a new day, and will get you motivated. Believe in yourself! Feel better!
