When I saw my step-mom's number flash across my cell phone screen I already knew why she was calling...Sadly, when I answered my phone I assumptions were confirmed. We are all pretty sure that the Lord is calling my Nana home - her doctors are have said they think it will be sometime Saturday. So, I have decided to take a few days to say good-bye. I would like to ask that you please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you all so very much.

Very sorry to hear about your Nana :( I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Being with your family will help, and its good that you will be able to spend some time with her to say goodbye. Take comfort in knowing she is going to a beautiful, better place.

I'm so sorry. I called my grandmother Nana too. And when she passed, I just remember how hard it was to be strong for not only myself, but my mother as well.
